1. Nature of the Service

Ruminate Less is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. The application is a formatting and structuring tool, not a decision-making system.

2. No Professional Liability

Ruminate Less does not provide any form of medical service, psychological service, or advisory service. All outputs are generated automatically and should be treated as non-authoritative.

3. User Responsibility

You agree that you are solely responsible for any content you submit, how you interpret the output, and any actions taken as a result. The developers of Ruminate Less are not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from use of the app.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Ruminate Less may offer auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro"). By purchasing a subscription: payment will be charged to your Apple ID account; subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; subscription management and cancellation are handled via your App Store account settings.

Ruminate Less does not store payment information or process payments directly. All billing operations are handled by Apple.

5. EULA Alignment

These Terms operate in conjunction with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where required, Apple's terms take precedence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruminate Less and its developers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or information, misinterpretation of outputs, or decisions made based on the app. Use of the application is entirely at your own risk.

7. Availability and Continuity

We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruption, that errors will not occur, or that services will always be available. Functionality may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

8. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
