• Raw audio recordings submitted by the user
• Full verbatim transcripts of recordings
• Continuous logs of user input or interaction history beyond generated outputs

Any transformation of input is limited to producing a structured note. The original form of the input is not preserved as part of the product's storage model.

3. Local Data Storage

Generated notes may be stored locally on the user's device as part of the app's functionality. Such data remains under the user's control and is not inherently transmitted or centralized by the application unless explicitly required for processing. Users are responsible for managing access to their own devices and any locally stored content.

4. Processing and Third-Party Services

In order to provide its core functionality, Ruminate Less may rely on external processing services to transform input into structured output. Such processing is limited in scope, functional in purpose, and not intended for identification, profiling, or tracking. Ruminate Less does not use processed data to build user identities or behavioral models.

5. Absence of Tracking and Profiling

Ruminate Less does not engage in behavioral tracking, user profiling, targeted advertising, or cross-context data usage. The application does not attempt to infer user identity, preferences, or psychological characteristics beyond the immediate transformation of a single input.

6. User Responsibility for Input

You acknowledge and agree that any content you choose to record or submit into the application is provided at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring that such content does not include sensitive personal data, confidential information, or legally protected material. Ruminate Less does not verify, filter, or assume responsibility for the nature of user input.

7. Security Disclaimer

While Ruminate Less is designed to reduce data exposure, no system can guarantee absolute security or complete immunity from risk. By using the application, you acknowledge that data transmission and processing may involve inherent technical risks, and no guarantees of absolute confidentiality can be provided.
